Whisper
A whisper brings a colleague into this chat privately. They can read what has been said, and they can whisper back.
The customer sees none of it. Not the invitation, not the colleague's name, not anything said in the whisper. What they see is the same conversation they were already having with you.
Use Invite to whisper and search for the person by name or role. The chat
then shows who is in it — In this whisper: … — and you can remove someone
when they are done.
Whisper is for a second opinion; it does not hand the chat over. The customer is still yours, and anything that reaches them still has to be sent by you.
